Enjoy ½ hour Adult Freestyle and ½ hour Latino Fusion Fitness in our new Combo Class!! Any age from 16 years upwards!! A great Cardio workout using all muscle types!! A definite feel good factor to get you buzzing and ready for the weekend!! A great class for keeping fit, toning up and having fun as you exercise!!
All classes commence with a warm up and stretching, followed by routines (a new routine being taught every other week) then finishing with a cool down.
Dancing is a great form of exercise, burning away lots of calories, so come along meet new friends and have fun!!
